My condolences.
You should be honored that you knew such a wonderful person, such an inspiration that could be considered a real life superhero. Yes, mourn her loss, but even Batman knew when mourning ends and to honor how the person lived. Honor her memory by continuing the legacy of outstanding teaching. As a teacher myself, I salute you and this woman who inspired you.
I will apologize if my words didn't come out right; it's too early in the morning for me to be eloquent. If you take comfort in these words, that makes my day before it even begins.
